BRAZILIAN CHEESE BREAD – Pre-heat the oven (fan) to 180’C. Unwrap the cheese bread and place it onto roasting tray laid with grease proof sheet leaving with 1-inch gap between. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp.
ANTIPASTI – Remove the antipasti from the bags and arrange it onto plate.
PICANHA (CAP OF RUMP) - If rib-eye is the king of meats, then we’re about to introduce you to the queen. Hugely popular in Brazil, Picanha (pronounced “pee-kahn-yah”) is one of the most flavourful cuts of beef you will find. Please take your steak out of the fridge for at least one hour before cooking. For the best results we do recommend cooking it to medium. Pre-heat the oven to 200’C. First remove the white flesh tendons from the bottom side and scar the top fat. Rub the seasoning salt into the meat and leave to rest for few minutes. Then pre-heat a large skillet on high heat to sear the meat. When the pan is smoking hot, pour in 3 tbs of oil and sear the meat with the fat side down first, then the other sides. Then place the meat onto a roasting tray and put into the oven. To medium roast, leave in for 45 minutes. If prefer to have the meat cooked more rare, roast for 30 minutes or if you prefer to have it more well-done, then roast for 60 minutes. When the meat is cooked to your liking, leave it to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
ROSEMARY POTATOES – Pre heat the oven to 180’C. Simply put the potatoes onto roasting tray with rosemary and roast for 25 minutes until crispy.
SEASONAL VEGETABLES - Pre heat the oven to 180’C. Simply put the vegetables onto a roasting tray and heat up for 15 minutes or until piping hot.
CAULIFLOWER CHEESE WITH TRUFFLE OIL – Remove the tray from the vac pack and simply heat up in a microwave for 5 minutes until piping hot.
BROCCOLI – Trim the ends and steam the broccoli (sprinkle with sea salt before steaming) for 3-5 minutes
YORKSHIRE PUDDING - Pre-heat the oven 200’C and remove all packaging. Place Yorkshire puddings on a baking tray and cook for 4 minutes. Ensure Yorkshire puddings are piping hot before serving.
